WELCOME TO WILDWOOD CAPITAL
Refreshing your analysis with a clearer macro economic understanding
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is built on two main pillars. The first pillar being that the traditional macroeconomic analysis approach to markets is not a tool to be used on its own; however it is to be used in conjunction with other forms of analysis, such as technical analysis. And the second pillar is that it is not just the high tech, big money financial institutions which can build an edge in the market. But also any driven trader, which given the write tools and guidance to succeed, can build a consistent edge with time and refinement.
Our Approach
Our approach is simple and effective. We put macro economic analysis at the forefront of our entire outlook. With the macro economic situation of a nation, or the even the globe, often being the greatest indicator of where an asset might be heading. The next step is our fundamental research and analysis, this being a day by day understanding of the key financial newspaper headlines, as this is important to determine market sentiment and is also important in order to build a clearer understanding of current events. Finally our last trick of the trade is technical analysis, which although is often disregarded as an illegitimate form of analysis, through discretionary application it can be used to find swing points in the market to then enter trades based off your prior analysis. This approach is what makes Wildwood Capital, Wildwood Capital.

Our Role
Our role ultimately with all said and done is it to provide such guidance and tools to succeed. This can be found in many forms, all of which being free, such as our daily morning news briefings, where we cover the latest headlines which will have the most influence on the days trading. Or our technical analysis breakdowns, where we take a look at the charts and break down how we see the market is positioning itself. And lastly but most importantly our own free analysis reports, where we sit down and build a 4+ paged well nuanced report full of detailed macro, news and technical analysis. Looking at economic data, the latest articles and delving deep into the different layers of the charts. Referencing changing price action, key supply and demand levels and using technical indicators to find the best point of entry for a possible trade in the market. Whilst still manging risk and maximising reward.
